By Road

Tutukaka is approximately 190 Kms. North-East of Auckland: a 2hour and 45 minute drive from Auckland Airport.

From Auckland drive north on State Highway One (SH1) until you arrive in Whangarei.Tutukaka is roughly 30 Kms. Nort-East of Whangarei. Follow the signs for Tutukaka Coast.

By Air

Air New Zealnd Link operates daily flights to Whangarei from the Domestic Terminal at Auckland Airport.

Car hire is available at Whangarei airport. There is also a shuttle service available through Whangarei Coastal commuters.

By Coach

Northliner Express, Intercity Coachlines or Naked Bus Company run daily services from Auckland to Whangarei.

Pick-up can be arranged from Whangarei to Kowhai Lodge
